Day 5 is done. I can definitely feel some results expecially in the way my clothes feel, although I haven't weighed myself. I have been thinking about what I am going to do when this 30 days is over. I don't really want to go back to The Firm.
What I ate:
Oatmeal w/ toast
Snack:
Yogurt
one graham cracker
Lunch:
Turkey/cheese sandwich
carrots
Snack
diced peaches
grapes
Dinner:
1/2 hamburger steak
Sm. portion of rice
Cucumbers
cherry tomatoes
Sometimes it's nice to here from a stranger. You are doing great, keep it up. I still haven't started my shred journey, I bummed :(, but I'm sick and can't breathe. I don't think excercising would be a good idea. I have reduced my portion sizes though. Keep going, you can do it.
